摘要
磁性衬板在细磨段磨机特别是铁矿山已获得广泛应用,通过考察论证,金堆城钼业集团有限公司百花岭选矿厂首次在选钼一段大型磨机上将磨矿介质的直径适当减小,试用了磁性衬板。运行一年的情况表明:应用磁性衬板对磨矿细度无不利影响,运转稳定可靠,具有安装方便、球磨运转率高、衬板消耗低、节能等优点,经济效益显著。
The magnetic liner is widely used in fine - grinding section in grinding mill, especialy in iron mine. Through the inspection , after decreasing diameter of steel ball, Baihualing concentrator of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. Ltd tried magnetic liner in the first large - scale ball mill for the first time. One year later, it shows that there is harmless influence on granding degree, with advantages of running stablely and reliably, high rotating rate, low liner consuming and energy saving etc. It has large economical effect.
