分析了采用电弧炉冶炼的１６Ｍｎ连铸坯轧厚板而形成裂纹废品的原因，并采取相应措施，从而取得了满意效果和显著的经济效益。
The cause of the cracked waste product of heavy plate rolled with 16Mn continuous casting slab produced by EAF is analysed and the corresponding measure is taken so that the satisfactory result and remarkable economic effect are made.
