糖化血红蛋白代谢变化与餐后血脂的关联比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨老年人群2型糖尿病糖化血红蛋白在不同代谢控制状态下对餐后血脂的影响。方法将26例2型糖尿病患者按不同糖化血红蛋白水平分为3组,观察各组空腹、餐后甘油三酯的变化以及降糖治疗前后的血脂变化。结果糖化血红蛋白与餐后甘油三酯呈正相关(P<0.05)。降糖降脂联合治疗后的结果显示,治疗组有效率呈倍数增高,两组之间差异显著。结论本研究结果提示,2型糖尿病高脂控制必须先降糖,联合治疗降糖更具重要性。 Objective To investigate the effects to after - dinner blood fat level from metabolic changes of saccharified hemoglobin in the old people suffered by diabetes mellitus Type Ⅱ (T2DM). Methods 26 cases suffered by T2DM were divided into 3 groups according to different levels of saccharified hemoglobin. The changes of triglyceride level in limosis and after - dinner situations and blood fat level before and after blood sugar reducing treatment were observed, Results The level of saccharified hemoglobin was positively correlated with the triglyceride level after dinner( P 〈0.05), The results of combined treatment in reducing both blood sugar and blood fat showed that the efficiency rate of treated group multiplied. The effects of two groups differ distinctly. Conclusion The experiment indicated that reducing blood sugar level will be the prior approach to treat T2DM with high blood fat level. In the combined treatment, reducing blood sugar level is of greater importance.
