摘要
目的分析和探讨煤矿眼外伤的原因、特点和防治。方法对我院近8年来收治的煤矿眼外伤进行分析评价。结果煤矿作业眼外伤147例(182眼)。男139例,女8例。占同期收治眼外伤的72.41%,40岁以下占91.21%。致伤原因以爆炸伤、砸伤、撞击伤为主。造成眼球开放性损伤者79眼,占43.41%,闭合性损伤者103眼,占56.59%。致盲22眼,占12.09%,低视力68眼,占37.36%。结论在煤矿作业中引起的眼外伤以轻壮年男性为主,损伤严重,致盲率高,应把预防工作放在重要位置,早期治疗至关重要。
Objective To investigate the cause, features, prevention and treatment for ocular trauma of coal miners. Methods Analyzing and evaluating 147 cases of ocular trauma in our hospital recent years. Results 147 cases of ocular trauma for coalmine operating （182 eyes） had been diagnosed and treated in our hospital ,of which 139 cases were male, 8 cases were female ; this number accounts for 72.4 % of total cases of ocular trauma,and the cases which happened undel the age of 40 account for 91.2%. The causes for ocular trauma are mainly explosion,smash and bump,which results in eyeball open trauma of 79, eyes, accounting for 43.4 %, and closed trauma were 103 eyes, occupying 56.6% ; 22 eyes were blind, accounting for 12.09 %, 68 eyes were low vision,accounting for 37.36%. Conclusion The persons who suffer from ocular trauma in coalmine operating are mainly young men, furthermore the trauma is serious and ratio of blind is high, so we should take attention to prevention and early cure.
