摘要
采用水培方法研究了CO2浓度对番茄幼苗生长及养分吸收的影响.结果表明:随着CO2浓度升高,番茄干物质积累量显著增加,根/冠比增大,说明促进根系生长的作用比促进地上部生长更为明显;发达的根系大幅增加了氮、磷、钾的总吸收量,但对体内氮、磷、钾含量的影响表现不一,对氮含量影响不大,钾含量反而有所降低,高浓度CO2处理明显增加磷含量.增施CO2极显著地降低番茄体内尤其是叶片中的硝酸盐含量.因此,增施CO2不但可大幅增加作物产量,还可显著改善农产品品质.
Hydroponic experiment was carried out to study the effects of CO2 concentration on the growth and nutrient uptake of tomato seedlings. The results showed that CO2 enrichment significantly increased the accumulation of dry matter of tomato seedlings, especially root growth which resulted in an increase of root/shoot ratio. Total uptake of N, P and K was enhanced by the developed root system although the contents of N, P and K showed different changes. N content of tomato plant was not affected by CO2 concentration and the K content was decreased by CO2 enrichment but the P content was significantly increased in the high concentration treatment of CO2. Enrichment of CO2 largely decreased nitrate content in tomato plant, significantly increase crop especially in the leaves. Therefore, enrichment of CO2 could not only yield, but also improve the quality of farm products.
