摘要
以中性层为中心,说明不同弯曲方法对沙发扶手成型的影响;分析了木材中性层的偏移量与木材极限拉伸强度、极限压缩强度的关系,以及使用钢带可有效增大中性层偏移量的原理,为沙发扶手生产成功率的提高提供理论分析方法。
The typical bending method and classification of wood sofa handrail were introduced in this paper. Based on the neutron - layer, the following points were illuminated: the influence to sofa handrails from bending working; the relationship between the neutron- layer movement and the ultimate tensile/press stress; the great movement of neutron- layer caused by steel strap. The bending theory, analysis was showed to improve the productive efficient of wood bending.
