摘要
目的:测定河南信阳县大别山区野生葛根、藤、叶及花蕾中铜、锌、铁的含量。方法:用硝酸、高氯酸混合酸消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定野生葛的根、藤、叶及花蕾中铜、锌、铁的含量。结果:野生葛铜、锌、铁的含量均较高。铜、锌的分布为:葛叶>花蕾>葛藤>葛根;铁的分布为:葛根>葛藤>葛叶>花蕾。说明葛叶、葛藤、葛根、葛花均是补充铜、锌、铁的良好来源,与葛根、葛花相比,葛叶和葛藤也具有广阔的应用前景。结论:野生葛叶、根、花蕾及藤中铜、锌、铁含量均丰富。与葛根、葛花的广泛应用相比,葛叶和葛藤也具有广阔的应用前景。
Aim: To determine the contents of copper, zinc, and iron in wild Pueraria lobata Ohwi from Da Bieshan in Henan. Methods : The root,cane,leaf, and flower of Pueraria lobata Ohwi were digested by HNO3 + HClO4. The contents of copper, zinc, and iron were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The contents of copper, zinc and iron were all very rich in leaves, canes,roots, and flowers of Pueraria lobata Ohwi. The contents of copper and zinc in leaves were higher than those in flowers, canes, and roots. The content of iron in roots is higher than those of canes, leaves, and roots. Conclusion: The contents of copper, zinc,and iron are rich in Pueraria lobata Ohwi. The different products of Pueraria lobata Ohwi will be widely used as food and drug in the future.
