摘要
为了探索甜(辣)椒对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)抗性遗传性质及遗传方式,选用了5份对CMV具有抗感差异的甜(辣)椒品种(系),采用完全双列杂交设计,共25个组合(包括自交).在防虫网室内人工摩擦接种,调查病情指数,采用Hayman(1956)等的数量分析方法进行分析。结果表明,甜(辣)椒对CMV-PN的抗性遗传为不完全显性,符合“加性-显性”模式且加性更为重要,可以认为控制抗性的是一个显性基因组。因此在甜(辣)椒抗病育种时应采用“多重选择法”培育抗源材料。在选配一代杂种时,双亲应具有一定抗性。
The genetic analysis on resistance of sweet ( hot) pepper to CM V was carried out in 5 diallel set of cross involving resistant and susceptible sweet ( hot) pepper cultivars. During the experiment, plants were inoculated with CMV-PN and then the disease index was investigated. The data were analysed with Hayman's method. The result showed that the resistance of sweet ( hot) pepper to CMV-PN was incomplete dominant in a model of additive-dominanace, and additive gene had more important effects. It could be considered that a dominant genome decided the resistance. Therefore, the multiple selection method should be employed for breeding sweet ( hot) pepper cultivars resistant to CMV and parents with high resistance should be selected for acquiring F,.
