热应激条件下日粮补充赖氨酸铬对泌乳期奶牛生产性能及血液参数的影响 被引量:24

摘要 选择80头泌乳中期(154d)的荷斯坦奶牛随机分为对照组和处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别补充不同水平的赖氨酸铬,对照组不添加。结果表明:热应激期奶牛日粮添加适量的赖氨酸铬,可以改善奶牛生产性能和生理状态,增强抗热应激的能力,铬的补充量应以9 ̄12mg/头·d为宜。处理组Ⅱ和Ⅲ产奶量高于对照组1.4kg/头.d和1.5kg/头.d(P<0.05);试验组Ⅲ乳脂率升高0.36%(P<0.05);处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ体细胞数(SCC)分别低于对照组5.15×105/mL、4.51×105/mL、和6.22×105/mL(P<0.05);处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ血清中总甘油三酯含量分别低于对照组0.03mmol/L、0.04mmol/L和0.03mmol/L(P<0.05);各处理组葡萄糖与胰岛素比值均高于对照组,其中处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的数值分别提高0.04、0.05和0.05(P<0.05);;热应激条件下奶牛补充赖氨酸铬对干物质采食量、乳蛋白率、血清胰岛素和胆固醇素含量及乳中铬含量没有显著影响。 Eighty multiparous lactating Holstein cows (154 days post-partum)were used in this study.Animals were divided equally (20 cows/ treatment)and were randomly allocated to one of four treatment diets.Diet control,basal diet without chromium(Cr) added.Diet Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,basal diet with chrominm(chromium-lysine) added at different levels (6,9 and 12rag/head per day,respectively).Adding chromium-lysine to the diet of cows increased milk yield,lactose and total solid materil percentage and decreased somatic cell count (SCC).Adding chromium to the diet of lactating cows did not show any effect on blood serum level of insulin and cholesterol,while concentration of cortisol and triacylglycerol (TAG) were decreased.The ratio of glucose/insulin increased adding chromium (p〈O.05).Adding chrominm-lysine to the diet of dairy cows under heat stress improved milk yield and milk component without affecting feed intake and chromium concentration in milk,The proper supplementation should be 9-12mg/head per day.
