摘要
对甲基苯胺与丙烯腈在AlCl3催化下发生加成反应合成对甲基-N,N-二氰乙基苯胺。最佳反应条件为:对甲基苯胺934mmol,n(对甲基苯胺):n(丙烯腈)=1.0:2.8,w(AlCl3)=30%(以对甲苯胺质量计),于78℃~90℃反应8h,收率93%。
p-Methyl-N,N-dicyanoethyl-aniline in yield of 93% was synthesized from p-methyl-aniline and acrylonitrile in the presence of AlCl3. The optimal reaction conditions at 78℃ - 90℃ for 8 h were as follows: p-methyl-aniline was 934 mmol, n(p-methyl-aniline) : n(acrylonitrile) = 1.0:2.8, w ( AlCl3 ) = 30% ( calcd for mass of p-methyl-aniline).
