摘要
目的建立降糖甲胶囊的薄层定性和定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄芪、黄精、地黄进行鉴别;同时采用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果薄层斑点显色清晰,阴性对照无干扰;黄芪甲苷平均回收率为97.56%,RSD=1.20%。结论结果准确,方法重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality and quantity standard for Jiangtangjia capsules by thin-layer chromatography and TLC-scanning. METHODS Radix astragli , rhizome polygonati, and radix rehmanniae were identifled by TLC and the content of astragaloside in Jiangtangjia capsules was determined by TLC-scanning. RESULTS The TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The average recovery rate of as tragaloside was 97.56%and RSD was 1.20%. CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Jiangtangjia capsules.
