摘要
目的:提高我国药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的效率和水平。方法:阐述我国ADR报告体系信息系统的建设现状、存在的困难及尚需解决的问题。结果与结论:应开发“国家级站、省级站和基层用户”3级管理软件,在数据广泛性、采集快捷性、数据收集应时性,以及可模块化和可扩展性等方面加以完善。
OBJECTIVE： To improve the efficiency and quality of adverse drug reaction（ADR） monitoring in China. METHODS： The current situation, existing difficulties , as well as problems yet to be solved in the construction of informationalized reporting system of ADR in our country were discussed. RESULTS ＆CONCLUSION： The management software at national, provincial and individual levels should be developed. Also, The data collection should be improved for variety, quickness, and timeliness as well as modularization and expansion.
