摘要 随着电子技术和自动化技术的发展,数控机床的使用越来越广泛,一旦数控机床发生故障,就要求维修人员能快速准确的找出故障点.数控机床涉及光、机、电、液等很多技术,发生故障是难免的.故障类型较多,故障点比较复杂,其中伺服系统的故障更是如此.通过对伺服故障的研究,找出故障的规律,并制作多媒体软件,让使用者根据故障的现象,通过一级级菜单直接找到故障点,供使用者及时方便地排除故障. With the development of electronic and automatic technology, NC machine is widely used. If NC machine is out of order, technicians should find out the fault as quickly and precisely as possible. Since much technology of optics, machinery, electricity, hydraulics, etc. is involved in NC machine, failure occurrence cannot be avoided. The type of fault is varied and more complicated, the faulty serve system is one of them. Based on its study, its regularity was found out, so that the user can find the locations of its fault directly by using the step-to-step menu.
