摘要
本文采用苦荞面粉、大豆粉、黄精、甘草和安赛蜜,通过适宜的工艺制作,得到苦荞含量高、口感舒适、加工方便的苦荞营养粉。
The article discussed the suitable producing technique of buckwheat nutrition powder with bitter buckwheat flour, soybean powder, rhizoma polygonti, licorice root and acesulfame potassium . The powder had high quality, and good food curative effect, and good taste. And the processing was simple.
