μ型受体主要分为μ1型和μ2型受体,μ型受体是吗啡等阿片类药物镇痛与成瘾的基础,其内源性配体为内吗啡肽,内阿片肽及其受体在循环休克的发生发展中起重要的介导作用,μ受体还参与了神经-内分泌-免疫网络调节和机体的镇痛机制,近年来,人们对μ型受体进行了基因克隆。
The μ opioid receptor, is classified into two subtypes, μ 1 and μ 2. By binding with μ opioid receptor, morphine plays important roles in opioid analgesia and opioid addiction. The endormorphin can bind with μ opioid receptor in vivo. The nervous, incretionary and immune systems can exchange information through endogenous opioid peptides that can bind with opioid receptor. The μ opioid receptor also participates in shock of animals. Recently, the gene of μ opioid receptor has been cloned.
