摘要
建筑体形系数反映单位建筑空间的热散失面积大小,对建筑能耗有直接影响.根据建筑体形系数定义了形状因子f,并基于形状因子分析不同建筑底平面形状特征与极限体形系数和最佳楼层数的关系,结合形状因子分析体形系数对建筑节能效果的影响,提出计算最佳建筑体形系数和确定最佳节能楼层数、最佳底面形状的方法.推荐采用形状因子小的建筑底平面形状,并且采用与之相对应的最佳节能楼层数以降低体形系数,达到建筑节能设计标准要求.图3,表1,参10.
Building shape coefficient that reflects the area dissipating energy per building room has direct influence on energy consumption in buildings. Defines shape factor (f) according to the building shape coefficient, and analyses the relations between bottom shape of buildings, extreme building shape coefficient and best stores for buildings. Analyses the effect of building shape, coefficient on energy efficiency on the basis of shape factor. Gives methods to decide the best building shape coefficient and the best stores, and the best bottom shape of buildings. Recommends adopting the bottom shape of building that has small value of shape factor and best stores corresponding to reduce the value of building shape coefficient, to meet the requirement of design standard for energy efficiency of buildings.
