摘要
介绍了美国、法国、新加坡和香港地区的住房保障制度,分析了我国现行住房保障制度存在的问题,主张学习和借鉴这些国家和地区的经验,不断完善我国的住房保障制度。
This paper introduces the housing guarantee systems in USA, France, Singapore and Hong Kong, and analyzes the problems of the present housing guarantee system in China. In view of them, it puts forward that we should learn from these countries and regions to improve the system in my country.
