摘要
立足我国教育发展总体水平,从定性、定量角度出发,建立了包括教育理念、教育制度、教育投入、受教育年限及教育信息化水平等多维度的教育发展指标体系,为我国教育事业的发展提供测量、评价尺度。
Based on overall level of educational development in our country, and from the qualitative and quantitative angles, this paper builds the educational development targets system containing educational ideas, educational system, educational investment, the number of years set for being educated and educational informationization level, which supplies a standard of measuring and evaluating the educational development in our country.
