摘要
以湖南省永州市冷水滩采穗圃中的美国山核桃为试材,系统测定了8个品种美国山核桃的叶片基本性状及生长量。结果表明,不同品种叶片特征值及叶面积、比叶重和叶绿素含量及各组分均存在显著差异;不同品种实生苗苗高与地径均存在极显著差异。相关分析表明,品种间叶绿素含量及各组分与叶形指数星显著或极显著正相关;苗高、地径均与叶片几个基本性状呈正相关,且与叶绿素(a/b)值达显著水平;
8 varieties of pecan seedlings were taken as material, which growing in Lengshuitan Cutting Orchard of Yongzhou City, and their leaf basal characteristics and growth quantities were determined systematically. The results showed that leaf characteristic values, leaf area, specific leaf weight and chlorophyll contents showed significant difference between different varieties, and height and foot diameter of seedlings had extremely significant difference between different varieties. The results of correlation analysis showed that chlorophyll components and its content had an extremely significant positive relationship with leaf shape index, otherwise, the leaf basal characteristics had a positive relationship with height and foot diameters, expect that the value of chlorophyll (a/b) had a significant positive relationship with that.
