摘要 旅客列车开行方案评价指标体系是评价和优化开行方案的基础。通过对旅客运输组织和设备运用现行指标的分析,综合建立列车开行方案的周转量指标、速度指标、客车运用指标;在此基础上,考虑铁路和旅客的经济利益与服务水平,建立列车开行方案的经济指标和服务指标,以此构建旅客列车开行方案的评价指标体系。针对评价指标之间的相互替代性和相关性,对其进行聚类分析,合理地简化指标体系的规模。通过对评价指标的主成分分析,使评价指标体系更具可操作性。实际样本测算表明,经过聚类分析得到的化简指标体系,能够反映样本的各方面特征,主成分分析能够有效评价旅客列车开行方案的开行效果,对开行方案的优化提供支持。该评价体系可以用于评价现有开行方案的运营效果,特别是用于列车开行方案的生成和优化。 Evaluation index system of passenger train operation plan is the basis for evaluating and optimizing passenger train plan. By analyzing the current evaluation indexes of passenger transportation operation management and equipment utilization, the turnover indexes, speed indexes and the passenger cars utilization indexes are synthetically set up. Based on current evaluation index system and taking the economy benefit and service level of railway corporation and passengers into consideration, the economy indexes and service indexes are attached, the index system of passenger train plan is put forward. Aiming at the indistinct substitution and correlation between some evaluation indexes, the clustering analysis is applied, and the scale of index system is reduced rationally. The convenience and operability of index system is improved by applying principal component analysis. The analytic results of actual sample show that the clustering analysis can simplify the index system and figure out the characteristics of train operation plan. The principal component analysis can effectively evaluate the effect of passenger operation plan and provide support for the optimization of the passenger operation plan. The index system can be used for evaluating the operation effect of current passenger train operation plan, especially for generating and optimizing passenger train operation plan.
