母牛分支杆菌制剂对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生过氧化氢水平的影响 被引量:54

摘要 用不同剂量的母牛分支杆菌制剂免疫BALB/c小鼠,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的水平,结果显示受免疫小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生H_2O_2水平明显高于未免疫小鼠(P<0.01)。不同剂量母牛分支杆菌制剂免疫的BALB/c小鼠,腹腔巨噬细胞产生的H_2O_2水平差异不显著(P>O.1)。认为,母牛分支杆菌制剂作为结核病免疫治疗剂,其作用之一是活化巨噬细胞产生H_2O_2,从而达到杀菌目的。 The BALB/c mice were immunized by different doses of preparations of Mycobacterium vaccae and the effect of synthesis of H2O2 by murine peritoneal macrophages was detected. It was demonstrated that the effect of synthesis of H2O2 of the murine peritoneal macrophages of the immunized mice was significantly higher than the unimmunized mice (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference in the effect by different doses of preparations of M. vaccae. It is suggested that the preparations of M. vaccae can activate the macrophages to release H2O2 so as to play an important role to kill M. tuberculosis.
