摘要
分析了采用烟气SO2浓度曲线判断澳斯麦特吹炼炉造铜终点的缺陷。指出根据物料平衡原理,适时检测单炉冰铜的脱硫量,并依据最终脱硫量辅助判断,可提高造铜终点判断的准确性。
This paper analyses the shortcomings using gas's SO2 concentration curve to judge end point of copper forming period of the Ausmelt converting furnace and points outs that by monitoring sulfur removal amount of single heat matte at proper time based on material balance and judging the end point based on the final sulfur removal as a support, it is possible to improve accuracy of end point judgment of copper forming period.
