摘要
目的:对中坝产3种栽培附子之一鹅掌叶附子(Aconitumcarmichaeli)中生物碱成分进行分离、鉴定研究。方法:采用了溶媒分离法结合柱层析法、薄层层析法进行成分分离。所获得生物碱再分别采用几种光谱:IR, ̄1HNMR, ̄(13)CNMR和MS测定其结构。结果与结论:获得10种生物碱成分,经光谱鉴定其中5种生物碱的结构,证明为aconitine(1)、fuziline(2)、neoline(3)和2种veatchine类C_(20)-二萜生物碱:songoramine(4)和songorine(5)。后二碱为首次于该植物中发现。同时获得2种氮氧化物,经光谱证明可能系二种nesaconitine氮氧化物。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the alkaloids of Ozhangye Fuzi,one of the three cultispecies of Aconitum carmichaeli,from Zhongba,Sichuan.METHODS:To isolate the alkaloids,the solvent-extraction together with the column,chromatography and thin-layer chromatography methods were used.Several spectral methods such as IR,1H NMR,13C-NMR and MS were used to determine the structure of the isolated alkaloids. RESULTS and CONCLUSION:In ten alkaloids obtained,five were two C20-diterpenoid alkaloids,songoramine(4)and songorine(5)along wiyh three C19-diterpenoid alkaloids,aconitine(1),neoline(3),and fuziline(2)were determined and confirmed.Songoramine has not been reported previously in this plant.
