摘要
目的：探讨综合治疗儿童慢性鼻窭炎的疗效。方法：为140例儿童慢性鼻窦炎惠儿行药物和通畅引流为主、手术为辅的综合治疗。结果：随访6～12月，140例中，治愈77例，好转33例。结论：综合治疗儿童慢性鼻窭炎效果较好。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of combined modality therapy for children with chronic sinusitis. Method： Combined modality therapy including drug, drainage and surgery was performed on 140 children with chronic sinusitis. Result： During a follow-up from 6 to 12 months, 77 patients were cured, and 33 were on the mend. Conclusion： Combined modality therapy achieves good effect for chronic sinusitis in children.
