变应性疾病与IL-4及其受体基因多态性的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 变应性疾病的发生与许多细胞因子有关,以血清中IgEI、L-4I、L-5水平显著升高为特点。发作时细胞因子的产生及炎性介质的参与均与机体异常的免疫调节有关,即存在T辅助细胞亚群功能失调,通过释放细胞因子促进IgE的合成与分泌,并增加炎性细胞的浸润和活化。细胞因子网络失调可能是变应性疾病发生的分子生物学基础之一。白介素4(IL-4)是最强的IgE调节因子,其生物学功能均通过效应细胞表面IL-4受体介导。鉴于IL-4及其受体(IL-4R)在IL-4信号传导过程中的关键地位,IL-4及IL-4R基因被列为变态反应性疾病的重要候选基因,在它们的基因编码区段存在多个多态性位点,其中某些位点的多态性与变应性疾病相关。
