内镜乳头括约肌切开术治疗肝外胆管结石83例 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨内镜乳头括约肌切开术治疗肝外胆管结石的治疗价值。方法对83例肝外胆管结石病人进行了内镜乳头括约肌切开取石和鼻胆管引流治疗。结果83例均成功施行内镜乳头括约肌切开术和鼻胆管引流术,75例结石基本取净或排尽,肝内残石8例,无严重的手术并发症。手术历时20～90min,平均40min。术后住院2～6d。结论选择合适病人,施行内镜乳头括约肌切开术治疗肝外胆管结石微创、有效、安全。
