One Method of Model Establishment of Chronic Myocardial Infarction in Rats

摘要 目的建立慢性心肌梗死大鼠实验动物模型。方法Wistar大鼠10%水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,经口气管插管,经左胸第34、肋间钝性分离开胸,结扎左冠状动脉前降支。结果本法存活3周以上大鼠可达80.8%。结论本技术操作简单、创伤轻、成功率高、结果可靠。 Objective To found one model of chronic myocardial infarction in rats. Methods The Wistar rats were anaesthetized by 10% hydro-chloro-aldehyde, then intubated through oral tracheal and performed left anterior thoracotomy between the region of third and fourth intercostal, finally ligated the left anterior descending coronary artery. Results The survival rate was 80.8% beyond 3 weeks. Conclusion This operation is easy to perform and has high success, and also has little damage to animals.
