摘要
讲述了作者在进行柴油机降噪试验研究中所采取的多种措施及对各种措施的降噪效果评价。针对现有柴油机的燃烧状况,对供油提前角进行了调整,降低了燃烧噪声,通过加装扭振减振器,使得曲轴扭振状况明显减小。改变油底壳形式和加装橡胶减振垫对柴油机辐射噪声起到了很好的抑制作用。综合以上各种方法,使得柴油机整机噪声水平降低了2 dB,低于国家标准要求。
Some methods that are used to suppress noise of engine and evaluation methods are presented in the paper. Combustion noise is reduced through modifying advance angle of fuel delivery. Some new-designed torsion vibration dampers were applied for free-end of crankshaft to reduce torsion vibration. Radiation noise was also suppressed to a certain extent by changing rubber damping pad and altering shape of oil pan. It is showed by results that sound power level of the engine is reduced by 2dB, which is under the national standard.
