摘要
分析了我国民营企业经营者的激励现状,阐述了我国民营企业经营者的主要报酬形式,即经理责任制、年薪制、股票期权3种形式。并运用激励模型,从理论上对民营企业经营者的几种报酬形式进行对比分析,得出缓解我国民营企业委托-代理矛盾的最优报酬形式是尽量引入诸如股票期权之类的长期报酬形式。
The current situation of the managers of private enterprises in China was analyzed, three kinds of managerial compensation were eleaborated : manager responsibility, annual ,salary system and executive stock equity. A mathematical model was applied to compare and analyze the methods of the managerial compensation. The conclusion shows that the best compensation method which can solve the conflict of principal - agent is as far as possible introduce long - term compensation such as executive stock equity.
