摘要
以甲苯氯化副产物HCl作为氧化反应原料,采用γ-Al2O3负载铬活性组分的催化剂,在固定床反应器中进行氯化氢氧化制氯气工艺试验。在氧化反应温度为360℃、HCl/O2物质的量比为1∶1时,氯化氢转化率可达到85%以上。将氧化反应得到的混和气体循环使用于甲苯氯化反应,氯气利用率可达100%,实现了有机氯化反应中氯原子的循环利用。
With hydrogen chloride produced by chlorination of toluene as raw material, the experiment of hydrogen chloride oxidation was carried out in a fixed - bed reactor with catalyst of γ- Al2O3 laden chromium. When reaction temperature of oxidation was 360 ℃ and ratio of HCl to O2 is 1 : 1, the conversion of hydrogen chloride was more than 85 %. Mixture gases of oxidtion were directly used for chloration of toluene. The utilization ratio of chlorine was 100%. The reuse of chlorine was feasible chloration.
