摘要
API610规定,对于多级泵和最大连续转速大于3 800 r/m in的单级与双级泵的转子应低速做双平面动平衡,如果泵转子作为组合件进行平衡,应进行残余不平衡的试验。经过若干试验,零件提高一级平衡品质等级进行校正动平衡,能够保证组件达到低一级平衡品质等级的要求,即零件校正动平衡合格后,组件可不再进行校正。
For the multi-stage pump and single- and double-stage pumps of max. continuous speed over 3800r/min, double-flat dynamic balance should be carried out for the rotor of them at low speed according to API610. If the pump rotor as a module is balanced, the unbalance residual test should be carried out. Passing through several tests, if the components are corrected according to the high-quality and grade, the module can attain the requirements of lower grade, i.e. the module need not be corrected for the com- ponent being qualified after dynamic balance.
