摘要
对土壤硝态氟两种测定方法进行了比较,结果表明:双波长分光光度法准确度和精密度高,样品标准加入回收率为98%~103%,RSD为1.24%~3.37%,选择性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,能有效地消除亚硝酸根、氟离子和有机物的干扰;离子选择性电极法操作简便,样品标准加入回收率为89%~90%。RSD为3.01%~5.46%,但电极稳定性受环境因素影响较大,准确度和精密度不够高,干扰较大。
Two determining methods of nitric nitrogen in soil were studied. The resultsshowed that the recovery of dual wavelength spectrophotometry was 98% ~ 103% and RSD was 1.24% ~ 3.37%, which accuracy, precision, selectivity and sensitivity was high and operation was convenient. It can effective eliminate the interference of nitrite ion, chlorine ion and organic substance. The recovery of ion selective electrode method was 89%~90% and RSD was 3.01% ~ 5.46% ,which method was easy and simple to handle, but the stability was not good, the precision was not high and the interference was big.
