摘要
从海带中提取褐藻糖胶的无水乙醇预处理液中提取甘露醇,通过对单因素和正交实验的考察优化了提取甘露醇的条件,结果提取甘露醇的最优条件是:固液比1:10g/mL,提取温度78℃,提取时间3h,总得率达6.86%(含量96.55%),经精制后的甘露醇纯度可达98.70%。
Extraction of mannitol leached from brown alga was studied in the present work. In order to gain optimization extract condition,we have inspected single factor influence and then optimize them by orthogonal experiment.Effects of contact, diluent volume added and temperature were investigated, Resuits show that the time is 3 h, diluent volume is 10 mL/g, temperature is 78 ℃. The productivity of mannitol is 6.86 %,after purified,the content of mannitol in productivity is 95.70 %.
