摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了氮肥调控对川农麦1号灌浆期旗叶光合特性的影响。结果表明:氮肥调控下各个光合特性因子的日变化趋势不同;随着氮肥水平的提高和追施氮肥时期的后移,川农麦1号净光合速率呈增加趋势,而随着追施氮肥时期的后移其他光合因子则呈下降的趋势;在各个氮肥处理下上午光合速率的平均值均高于下午光合速率,且随着氮肥水平的提高和追施氮肥时期后移,下午光合速率下降速度加快。通径分析表明:在中、低氮水平和前期追施氮肥的情况下影响光合速率的主要是蒸腾失水严重,在高氮水平和追施氮肥时期后移的情况下影响光合速率的主要是相对湿度过大、蒸腾作用减弱。
The effect of the different dosages and application periods of nitrogenous fertilizer on the photosynthetic characteristic of Chuannongai No.1 in potted experiment were studied. The result indicated that the diurnal variation curve of photosynthetic characteristic was different with the different disposes and application periods. With the increasing and postponing of nitrogenous fertilizer dosage, the photosynthetic rate mean and peak value of Chuannongmai No. 1 was increasing. The photosynthetic rate mean value always was higher in the morning than afternoon, Every photosynthetic characteristic factor being nmrked had a significant correlation with all nitrogenous fertilizer disposes. The path analysis showed that transpiration lose water severely influenced photosynthetic rate due to the low, mid nitrogenous fertilize level. The greater relative humidity and transpiration weaken were caused by high level of nitrogenous fertilizer and postponing nitrogenous fertilization.
