摘要
轴箱拉杆定位刚度与机车动力学性能密切相关,同时对机车的临界运行速度也有很大的影响。文章采用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了一种完整的2C0架悬机车模型,通过在直线上的仿真计算,分析了轴箱拉杆横向定位刚度对机车横向动力学性能的影响,得出合理的轴箱拉杆横向定位刚度的设置可以大幅度改善2C0架悬机车的各项横向动力学性能的结论。
The locating stiffness of the axle-box pull rod has an important relation with the dynamics performance of the locomotive, it also has a very big influence to the critical speed of the locomotive. A complete dynamics model of 2C0 locomotive with motor mounted on frame is established by means of SIMPACK in this paper. With the simulation calculation on the straight line, the influence of the lateral locating stiffness of the axle-box pull rod to the horizon dynamics performance of the locomotive is analyzed. It is put forward that the set of reasonable lateral locating stiffness of the axle-box pull rod may greatly improve the horizon dynamics performance of 2C0 locomotive with motor mounted on frame.
