摘要
采用微弧阳极氧化技术在AZ91D镁合金表面获得多孔结构的氧化膜,用不同方法对所得氧化膜进行表面后处理以提高其防腐蚀性能.用扫描电镜和电化学方法对阳极氧化膜的形貌和防腐蚀性能进行了研究,比较了不同表面处理方法的作用和效果.结果表明,采用水合及有机物封孔处理能够有效地封闭AZ91D镁合金微弧阳极氧化膜的微孔,使镁合金耐蚀性能显著提高.
Anti -corrosion films were formed by micro-arc oxidization on AZ91D magnesium alloys in environmentally friendly electrolyte solutions containing silicate, alkali hydroxide, boric acid and carbonate. The anodic films were rough and porous and the surface treatment methods for sealing the pores were developed. The effective protective ways were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEAM) and electrochemical methods. The results show that surface treatment can effectively reduce the porosity and enhance the anti-corrosion property of the anodic film formed by micro-arc oxidization on AZ91D magnesium alloy.
