鸡源益生嗜酸乳杆菌分离及生物特性初探 被引量:3

摘要 从10日龄健康雏鸡的小肠中成功分离筛选出有抑菌作用的嗜酸乳杆菌M16。拮抗病原菌试验表明,该菌株的代谢产物在体外具有抑制杀灭鸡大肠埃希氏菌O-78、鸡白痢沙门氏菌O-79和金黄色葡萄球菌C58000的作用,是微生态制剂可选用的优良菌株。 Lactobacillus M16 were separated from the small intestine of ten-day-old chicken.The results of inhibition and disinfection test showed that the metabolic product of M16 could destroy the pathogenic E.coli 0-78, Salmonella pullorum 0-79 and S.aureus C58000 in vitro. M16 could be the strains for microecological agent.
