摘要
研究了热固型锌铬酸盐转化涂层(TCCF)的涂覆液中,加入0.5%~3%(质量百分数)低分子有机酸的反应促进剂,在200℃固化可得到传统的300℃固化涂层同样好的防蚀效果,并通过各种分析测得涂层的组成及分布几乎一样的结果。
By adding 0 5%~3% low molecule of organic acid of action promotor to the masking liquid of the thermosetting chromate conversion films on zinc (TCCF),and thermosetting at 200℃, the result is mostly similar to that obtained by thermosetting the coating at 300℃. There is,therefore,the evidence and the possibility to decrease the thermosetting temperature.
