摘要
我国是人力资源大国,但不是人力资源强国。如何将人口压力变为人才优势,事关小康大业和现代化建设事业的成败。在人才培养中我们应该做好四个方面工作:热心发现人才,做到唯才是举;用心培养人才,做到人才辈出;诚心吸引人才,做到才为我用;善于使用人才,做到才尽其用。
China is a country with rich resource of talented personnel, but not a powerful one depending on talented personnel. How to transfer population pressure into the advantage of talented personnel is concerned with whether the great task of building a wealthy society and the modernist construction wiU be successful or not. In the training of talented personnel, we should pay attention to the foUowing four aspects: to discover the talented personnel zealously and recommend them actively; to train talented personnel carefully and make more people become talents ; attract talented personnel sincerely and make them serve our country ; to make use of talented personnel wisely and let them give full play to their specialty.
