摘要
研究了保水剂对干旱胁迫下巴西橡胶(Heveabrasiliensis)苗叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下橡胶苗叶绿素a荧光动力学参数Fv/Fm,ETR,qP均有所下降,qN先上升后下降,且随着保水剂用量增大,下降程度减小,即保水剂用量越大,对橡胶苗干旱胁迫的缓解作用越大。不同水平的保水剂处理对橡胶叶绿素荧光参数的影响达到显著水平。多重比较结果表明,沙壤土和沙壤土+30%(体积分数)椰糠中的保水剂用量分别不低于0.2%(质量分数)和不低于0.1%(质量分数)时才能有效地发挥抗旱作用。
The effects of water-retaining agent on chlorophyll α fluorescence parameters of Hevea brasiliensis were studied under drought stress. Seedlings of 6 months old were used in the experiments. Two kinds of soil matrix (silty loan and silty loan+30 %coir dust) with 5 different levels of the water-retaining agent were used as planting media. The .seedlings were planted under the normal condition with open air, and they were dry treated after four months later under rainproof conditions until some seedlings died because of drought. During drought stress, chlorophyll α fluorescence parameters were measured by Li-6400-40 (leaf chamber fluorometer). Results showed that Hevea chlorophyll α fluorescence dynamic parameters Fv/Fm didn'uehange at first, but decreased 20 days later; ETR and qP decreased gradually; qN increased at first and then decreased fast after 20 days later. The experiment indicated that the more volume of water-retaining agent used in the soil matrix, the less H. brasiliensis chlorophyll α fluorescence parameters dropped. Multi-comparative results showed that the water-retaining agent had clear effect on H. brasiliensis only when its application rate was not less than 0.2 % in silty loan and 0.1% in silty loan+30 % coir dust. This suggested that the water-retaining agent could alleviate the stress of drought on H. brasiliensis, and could be applied in drought and semi-arid region.
