摘要 目的探讨E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和PTEN在人肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测99例肺癌组织中E-cadherin和PTEN的表达状况。结果1)肺癌组中E-cadherin和PTEN的总阳性率分别为63.6%和62.6%。2)E-cadherin表达在小细胞癌组和细支气管肺泡癌组间比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。3)在无淋巴结转移组和淋巴结转移组,E-cadherin和PTEN的阳性表达率分别为75.6%、75.6%和53.7%、51.9%,组间比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。4)E-cadherin和PTEN阳性表达率在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期分别为68.2%和67%,高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例中的表达27.3%,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。5)E-cadherin阳性表达与PTEN阳性表达呈正相关。结论肺癌中E-cad-herin和PTEN的低表达在肺癌的发生、恶性演进过程中可能起作用。 Objective To study the significance of the expression of E - cadherin and PTEN proteins in human lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of E - cadherin and PTEN proteins in 99 cases of lung cancer tissues. Results 1 ) The positive rates of E - cadherin and PTEN proteins are 63.6% and 62. 6% respectively in the lung cancer tissues. 2) The significant difference statistically of E - cadherin protein were observed between the cases of small cell lung cancer and bronchioloalveolar carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05) . 3 ) The positive rates of E - cadhefin and PTEN proteins were 75.6%, 75.6% and 53.7%, 51.9% in the groups of non - lymph node metastasis and positive lymph node metastasis. The significant differences statistically of E - cadherin and PTEN proteins were observed between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . 4) The higher positive rates of E - cadherin and PTEN proteins were obtained in the group of stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ than that in the group of stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ ( P 〈0. 01 ) , 5) E - cadhefin protein expression was positively associated with PTEN protein expression. Conclusions Lower expression of E - cadhefin and PTEN proteins might play an important role in the pathogenesis, progression in lung cancer.
