摘要
为了设计新型微钻头数控刃磨机床,对新型微钻头刃磨的关键技术进行研究。根据刃磨运动关系建立钻尖刃磨的数学模型。根据设计参数精确并唯一地求出刃磨参数,解决了刃磨参数求解的不确定性问题。
To design NC grinding machine, the sharpening key technology for new micro-drill point is researched. Based on the kinematic relationship of grinding, the mathematical model of grinding parameter has been formulated. The solution of grinding parameters is obtained from the given design parameters. The grinding parameter redundancy problem is resolved.
