摘要
阐述Y7125磨齿机基于特征的三维参数化磨削模型和磨齿啮合模型的建立。解决了剃齿刀等齿轮类刀具的建模难题。所建模型可直接导入其他工程软件做进一步分析,也可用于CAPP、NC等后续设计阶段,是形成零件设计、分析、制造一体化的基础。
The 3 D grinding and meshing model of Y7125 gear grinder is established, this is based on feature and parameter. This resolved the modeling problem of shaving cutter with complex tooth profile curve equation and can' t modeling with general means. The model can transmit other engineering soft to do more analysis or do CAPP and NC. It is the basis on forming incorporation of design, analysis and making of part.
