摘要
概述云南省城市化进程中与土地征收相关的职务犯罪的基本情况和特点,重点剖析土地征收以及查办案件中存在的问题及其成因,提出预防和查办此类犯罪的对策建议为:完善相关法律、法规和制度;健全监督机制,加强监督制约;加大打击力度,积极开展预防工作;加强思想和素质教育,筑牢拒腐防变的思想防线。
It is outlined that basic situation and distinguishing features relating to making a requisition of land in the process of Yunnan Provincial urbanization. It is emphatically analyzed that the questions and their causes of making a requisition of land and investigating a case. The countermeasures of preventing and investigating this crime are proposed that perfect the laws and systems, improve supervision to strengthen condition, take a strong measure to punish the crime as the same time to carry out prevention the crime, reinforce ideological and political education to secure the line of ideological defense to repel the corrupting influence.
