摘要 据1989-1991年试验研究,分析了春小麦品种特性和栽培技术措施诸因素对于SDS沉淀值的影响。按模糊聚类法,依SDS值及其变异程度将宁夏主要小麦品种分为三类。SDS沉淀值的遗传性较稳定,栽培技术措施对之影响程度较小。在小麦育种上,可将之作为重要选择目标之一;在高产优质栽培上,可通过选择适宜品种和技术措施提高SDS沉淀值,从而提高小麦面粉的加工品质。 The effect of varietal character of spring wheat and agronomic practice on sedimentation value were analysed on the basis of researching result from 1989 to 1991.Main wheat varieties of Ningxia were divided into three groups by the method of puzzle mathematics according to the value of sedimentation test and variability of wheat varieties.SDS sedimentation value is a quite stable genetic character,although it could be affected to a great extent by agronomic practices such as seeding date,leaves spreading nitrogen, watering,topdressing,etc.,and could be as one of the important choosing objects in.wheat quality breeding.Had the SDS sedimentation value increased by the choice of appropriate varieties and agronomic practices,the bread - making quality wheat flour would have improved.
