摘要
试验通过建立猪原代肝细胞培养模型,来检测添加不同浓度的铜对肝细胞中含铜酶—铜蓝蛋白的影响,探索铜在促生长过程中发挥作用的机理。试验结果表明:添加铜能够影响铜蓝蛋白的活性,且与铜的浓度高低相关。这表明日粮中适宜水平的铜,能够通过调节相关含铜酶的活性来发挥其生理作用。
To detect the effect of different concentration on the ceruolplasmin in hepatocytes, porcine primary cell culture model was established, and the internal function affected during the Cupromoting growth cause was probed. Results showed that activity of ceruoplasmin was influenced by the addition of Cu and was related with the concentration of Cu. The results indicated that suitable addition of Cu played an important role in the physiological by increasing related activity of copperenzyme.
