摘要
对有起泡及反粘现象的少胶带进行了检测,发现其挥发物呈负数。经分析和红外光谱检验认为,此现象为少胶带中的环氧树脂所致。在测定其挥发物进行加温时,其吸收空气中的氧气。如果吸收氧气的量比挥发物的量多,则烘烤后试样反而增重,导致挥发物呈负数。挥发物呈负数应为判断少胶带不合格的依据。
For the mica paper tape with bubbling and abnormal adhesion, we performed tests and found that the volatile content was minus. We analyzed this phenomenon and tested by infrared spectroscopic and considered that it was caused by the resin contained in mica paper tape. So while measuring the volatile content, it absorbed oxygen in the air. When The oxygen content is larger than the vaporized volatile, the sample weight after baking increases and makes the volatile content minus. So the minus volatile should be taken as the criterion to judge the unqualified mica paper tape.
