摘要
在疾病诊断的专家系统中,知识库的建立是一直困扰系统建立的瓶颈问题,知识库的好坏不仅影响到后续推理过程,而且还对诊断的精度有着很大的影响。文章在粗糙集理论基础上,以风湿性二尖瓣狭窄知识库为例,使用基于粗糙集理论的规则提取技术,对病例资料数据库进行数据分析,与临床表现之间建立合理的推理关系,并结合医生的临床实践,最终形成一个比较完备的诊断知识库,为实际的推理、解释程序打下良好的基础。
It has been a bottleneck problem to establish a knowledge database in disease diagnosis expert system. The quality of knowledge database has an impact not only on subsequent consequence but also on diagnostic precision. The paper makes a simple introduction to the rough set, and then takes database of rheumatic mitral stenosis disease as example. Abstracting rules based on rough set theory is used to analyze the diagnosed cases data and establish the reasonable inference relationship. Combined with doctors'clinical experiences, the technique of abstracting rules is also used to set up a relatively integrated diagnostic knowledge base and provide a beneficial groundwork for actual inference and interpretive program.
