摘要
阐述了知识型政府和善治的内涵,分析了知识型政府与知识社会“善治”的关系,提出应从政府管理理念、组织流程、学习型组织、领导的管理方式和组织文化等方面进行知识型政府的构建。
This paper expounds the connotation of the intellectual government and the good governance, analyzes the relationship between the intellectual government and the good governance in the intellectual society, and points out that the construction of the intellectual government should be done from five aspects： the concept of government management, the technological process of organization, the learning-type organization, the management style of leaders, and the culture of organization.
