摘要
目的研究猴头菌颗粒、奥美拉唑钠肠溶片、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮联合治疗消化性溃疡的应用价值。方法选取本院门诊消化性溃疡患者97例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,治疗组为猴头菌颗粒、奥美拉唑钠肠溶片、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联合用治疗治疗消化性溃疡49例。对照组为奥美拉唑钠肠溶片、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮三联合用治疗消化性溃疡48例。结果对消化性溃疡治愈率:治疗组95.9%,对照组91.7%,对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根治率治疗组95.9%,对照组为91.7。两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论四联用药增强胃粘膜“保护因子”,抗Hp的作用和改善胃粘膜营养状况,促进胃粘膜细胞再生。对Hp的根除作用及对溃疡愈合率均较理想。达到了临床较理想的效果。
Objective To study the therupeutieal using value to peptic ulcer by hericium errinaceus granules, omeprazole sodium enteric-coated , amoxycillim and furazolidone together. Methods 9？ patients of peptic ulcer are divided into two groups at random, treated group （49） adopt using hericium errinaceus granules, omeprazole sodium enteric-coated, amoxycillin and furazolidone. Contrast group （48） adopt using omeprazole sodium enteri-coate, amoxycillin and furazolidone. Results The cure of peptic ulcer： Treated group is 95.9%, contrast group is 91.7%, it was no significant difference （P〉 0.005）; the elimination rate to HP： Treated group is 95.9%, contrast group is 91.7%. Conclusion Four jointly using strengthen ＂protect factor＂ of the stomach mucous membrane, strengthen the fact of anti-HP, and improve the stomach mucous membrane nutrition state, promote the cell s regeneration of mucous membrane of stomach .The elimination function on HP and the cure rate of ulcer are relatively ideal, reach more ideal clinical result.
